Colleran Park

Small gated waterfront park overlooking the bay with benches, a rubber-floored playground and attractive waterfront homes — good for intimate waterscape and neighborhood shots. Best at sunrise or golden hour for warm reflections; evenings can be buggy. Access is sometimes key-gated (residents only at times), no restrooms and no dogs allowed. Street parking nearby; weekdays/early mornings are least crowded.
