Shoot mirror reflections, foreground boulders, autumn colors and winter ice textures; dramatic low clouds and mountain light at sunrise/sunset. Accessible by a short marked hike from Borovets (trailhead has limited parking); no entry fee. Best visited at dawn for calm water and few people, or late afternoon for warm side light. Pack windproof clothing and lens cloth for spray or melting ice.
