Devil’s Path is a rugged, high-contrast Catskills ridge system offering dramatic rock slabs, alpine ridgelines, deep forest, and cascading streams — ideal for panoramic vistas and intimate nature details. Best visited at sunrise or sunset for warm side light on the cliffs and fog-filled valleys; peak fall (late Sept–Oct) delivers brilliant color but also crowds.
