Best for panoramas from the summit (city and occasional ocean glimpses), bird/lizard life and plant/macrophotography. No restrooms, limited parking; bring water. Visit sunrise or late afternoon for warm side-light and fewer people. Accessible but includes a short steep climb; neighborhood access points and picnic benches at the top make it easy for quick shoots.
