Wooded ridge hike with a 500'+ gain, scenic overlook of Jasper, fall foliage, and a notable B-25 bomber crash site — great for landscape and historical shots. Trail is moderate, partly unmarked with fallen trees; best visited on dry days. Park at the lot off Scenic 7 (no fee). Visit November for peak color or sunrise/sunset on the west ridge for dramatic light; weekdays have fewer people. Prepare for ticks, narrow paths, and limited signage.
