Mayor's Park
Score4.0Small-town green with mature trees, walking paths, benches and occasional civic fixtures—good for intimate landscape and environmental portraits. Free entry, street parking on Augustus Ct; accessible paths but check for seasonal mud/litter (reviews note variable maintenance). Best light: golden hour at sunrise or sunset for warm backlighting through trees; weekday mornings are quieter. No permit needed for casual shooting; be mindful of families and events.
