Small mangrove island accessible by a free weekend ferry (Sullivan Park north side; hourly 10:00–14:00 Fri–Sun). Photograph winding boardwalks, dense mangroves, herons/egrets, butterfly garden and boat traffic on the Intracoastal for scale. Best light: early morning for active birds and soft light, golden hour for warm mangrove tones. Trails are short, island has restrooms and water; sign in/out on the ferry. Limited access—plan around ferry schedule and park at Sullivan Park.
