Farmington High School Stadium
Score9.3Tight sideline portrait from a rainy high school football night in Farmington, Michigan. I wanted to isolate the player’s expression and capture the small details—the wet hair, heavy eye black, eyes and texture on the face—that tell more of the story than an action shot alone. Shot at 200mm on the Sony A7 III with the 70–200mm f/4, using the compression to keep all of the attention on the emotion in the moment.
