Small bluff-top park overlooking the Mississippi River with oak-savanna slopes, wooded trails and river vistas. Photograph layered river channels, dramatic bluff silhouettes at sunrise/sunset, and seasonal fall color. Best light is golden hour from bluff overlooks; mid/late autumn yields peak color and misty river mornings. Trails are short but uneven—sturdy shoes recommended.
