Photograph migratory waterfowl, herons, egrets, and fog over cattails. Best at dawn and dusk during spring and fall migrations; winter offers stark patterns and raptors. Easily accessible trails, boardwalks and observation towers; visitor center with parking. No permit for casual photography, but respect closed
