Small conservation reserve with mixed hardwood forest, prairie restorations, ponds and boardwalks — good for intimate nature, seasonal wildflowers, birdlife and reflective waterscapes. Free-entry trails with nearby parking; trails are mostly easy loops but can be muddy after rain. Best at golden hour or early spring mornings for migratory birds and wildflowers, and autumn for color contrasts. Wheelchair access limited to some boardwalk sections.
