Best at sunrise for clean light and pastel skies or blue hour when the lamp turns on. Easy to reach by car from Busan; limited parking near the harbor and some uneven steps/rocks to access viewpoints. No entry inside the tower; respect local fishermen and avoid slippery rocks at high tide.
