A historic Valais bisse (irrigation channel) clinging to alpine slopes above Vex — shoot sinuous wooden channels, mossy stone conduits, small cascades and sweeping views over the Rhône valley and Dent de Morcles. Best visited late spring–early autumn when trail is open and meadows flower; autumn brings warm colors and low sun. Golden hour and early morning fog add mood; afternoons can be harsh.
