Small coastal marsh and lake with boardwalks, cattail beds and open water — excellent for mirror reflections, migratory waterfowl, marshland details and autumn color. Best at sunrise or golden hour for warm side-light and calm reflections; spring and fall migration offer peak bird activity. Trails and a short boardwalk are easily accessible from onsite parking (no fee). Expect uneven, sometimes muddy surfaces; bring insect repellent in summer.
