Tony's Bluff is a small roadside viewpoint above the Clackamas River and forested canyon — great for sweeping river-valley panoramas, layered ridgelines, and moody skies. The site is a short walk from parking off SW Forest Rd; no fee. Best at sunrise or sunset for warm side light and at golden hour for long shadows; late fall–spring can bring mist in the valley. Trail sections are exposed; bring windproof layers and sturdy shoes. Weekday mornings are quieter.
