Small coastal nature reserve with boardwalks, marshes, dunes and mixed woodland — excellent for birdlife, reflections and intimate landscape studies. Best at sunrise/sunset for warm side-light on grasses and dunes; spring/fall migration yields rare birds; winter offers graphic snow patterns. Trails are well-marked; small gravel parking and an interpretive center (usually open seasonally). Bring boots for wet trails; weekday mornings are quiet.
