Photogenic subjects: abandoned amusement relics and overgrown structures, long wooden boardwalks, shorelines and low dunes, and shorebirds (piping plovers). Best at sunrise or late afternoon for warm side-light and long shadows; calm mornings give mirror-like water. Access is seasonal—check water taxi schedule; parking at Long Beach lot.
