Forest-and-mountain trailhead leading into Adams Gulch with creek crossings, wildflower meadows and dramatic ridgelines. Excellent for intimate stream compositions, meadow panoramas and seasonal color (spring wildflowers, fall aspens). Parking is roadside/lot on NF‑141; arrive at dawn or golden hour for best light and fewer hikers. Summer mornings are cool; winter requires snow gear. No fees but trail etiquette required in public forest lands.
