Oak‑savanna and restored prairie with scattered bur oaks, tall grasses, seasonal wildflowers and small wetlands — excellent for intimate landscape, abstract grass textures and birdlife. Best at golden hours in spring (wildflowers) and fall (warm colors); migrant songbirds in spring and fall. Small parking area on N Delany Rd; trails are mostly flat dirt and can be muddy after rain. No entry fee; respect restoration signs and stay on trails. Quiet, low‑light pollution area good for dawn/dusk work
