Javorolistna platana

Javorolistna platana is a large, sculptural plane tree in central Maribor—an intimate subject for botanicals, detail studies and environmental portraits. Shoot textured bark, sprawling roots and seasonal foliage; autumn and spring offer strongest color. Easily walkable from the city center with free access; small streets and parking nearby (park at Lent or Hospital area). Best at golden hour for warm side light; avoid midday when contrast flattens. Respect local space—no permits for casual shots
