Pink Beds Trail Loop is a low-elevation wetland and river-side forest in Pisgah National Forest — great for reflective creek scenes, sphagnum bog textures, rhododendron tunnels and mossy boulders. Best at soft morning or late-afternoon light, in spring for blossoms and fresh green, or fall for color and mist. Trail is a moderate ~loop with some boardwalks and muddy sections; park at the US-276 trailhead. No permit beyond forest rules; weekdays and early morning reduce crowds.
