Small riverside campground near Stanley with direct views of the Sawtooth peaks, pine forests, and the Salmon River. Photographers can capture mountain reflections, river foregrounds, campfire scenes and brilliant starfields. Accessible by gravel roads; seasonally open (summer–early fall). Park at designated sites or pullouts; no permits for casual shooting but respect campers. Best at sunrise/sunset for warm side-light on peaks and after midnight for Milky Way when skies are clear.
