Photograph sweeping ridgelines (Ukko-Luosto area), lichen-covered pines, reflective rivers and seasonal ice. Best in late autumn–spring for auroras, summer for midnight sun and flowers. Trails are well marked; parking at Saariselkä trailheads. No entry fee; bring warm layers and insect repellent in summer. Respect fragile tundra and local Sámi cultural areas.
