Best at golden hours and early mornings for soft light and active wildlife; spring brings wildflowers and breeding birds. Small parking area at 2010 NE 31st Ave; no fee but bring water, bug protection and closed shoes. Trails are mostly flat and accessible but expect ticks and mosquitoes in warmer months.
