Best for close-up long exposures of flowing water, autumn colors, ice patterns in winter and soft sunrise/sunset light. Easily accessible by car with small gravel parking at the trailhead; no entry fee. Visit at dawn or dusk for low light and fewer visitors; after rain for stronger stream flow. Trails are short and uneven—sturdy shoes recommended.
