Best at sunrise/sunset for low-angle light and reflections; winter storms add drama, spring/autumn bring migrants. Access via Porlock village and the coastal path; parking at Porlock Weir/nearby village car parks. Surfaces can be muddy — waterproof boots advised. No entry fee; watch tides and local grazing animals.
